We aim to answer all emails received within 24 to 72 hours, but please take into account public holidays, which are numerous in Switzerland, and weekends. We make it a point of honour to respond to our customers ourselves, and choose not to subcontract customer service to an external company. We are a small team, so apologies in advance if on occasion it takes a little longer to get back to you.
